About This Session
A FutureFWD panel on predictive AI, shifting consumer behaviour, and faster food innovation.
What we eat in 2030 will be shaped less by intuition and more by intelligence. As consumer preferences evolve at an unprecedented speed, AI is becoming a decisive force in predicting demand, shaping ingredients, and accelerating product development across the food ecosystem.
This dynamic panel brings together leaders from CPG brands, ingredient companies, and food-tech startups to explore how predictive AI is transforming the journey from consumer insight to finished product. From identifying emerging food trends and flavour signals to enabling faster formulation, smarter reformulation, and more targeted launches, the discussion will spotlight how data-driven decision-making is redefining what ends up on our plates.
Powered by AI Palette’s trend and food intelligence, the session will unpack real-world applications of AI in shaping future diets—revealing how brands and innovators can move faster, reduce risk, and stay ahead of what consumers will want next.
