Mezcal Dulce Infierno is made with 9 to 10 years old agave, that produces a smooth & lasting taste. The agave grows wild in the mountains of Dios Durango, Mexico and requires no fertilizers or chemicals. This allows the land to retain its nutrients & produce the best quality agave, which is selected one by one. The pinas are cooked for six days under ground in a pre-hispanic oven, using volcanic stone and firewood.
This handcrafted process gives Mezcal Dulce Infierno a delicious, smooth and lasting sweet taste, with an amazing smokey wood aroma that gives the mezcal a great body.
