Organic rice vinegar"KOMENOSU" made by Japanese organic rice "AKITAKOMACHI" and high quality spring water which get from northern part of Hiroshima Prefecture. In addition,the making method is traditional way which keep to protect since founded in 1927. First,steam the organic rice by hand of professional person,and make SAKE from rice and afer long fermentation ,it will be the vinegar very slowly.use that way makes feel smoothly and softly vinegar.
