About Daimon Brewery
Daimon Brewery was established in 1826 in the ancestral hunting grounds of the Japanese Imperial Family - the IKOMA mountain range. For 200 years we have been continually brewing this special Sake of the Kansai region. Being nestled between Kyoto, Osaka and Nara has always been our secret - It has provided us with some of the best water in Japan. Now, we are the only Brewery in the region still producing Sake with flowing mountain water - the core of our spirit.
The Daimon Series represents our Premier Sake. Under the guidance of the 6th Generation Kuramoto (Brewery Owner/Manager) and Toji (Brewmaster) , we started producing Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo Sake, and together with the 7th generation, we are introducing our Sake to the world.
