Cameron Gordon

Partner + Head of Client Growth, New Zealand, Incite

Since 2011 Cameron has been building sustainable Asia Pacific (APAC) export markets for food and beverage brands. As part of a team that has negotiated hundreds of distribution deals over this period across 12 APAC countries, Cameron is experienced in developing distribution partnerships that are commercially attractive for our client brands, their distribution partners and their downstream customers. Cameron is Chair of the ASEAN Food & Drink Exporters Forum.

Will Gordon

Commercial Director, New Zealand, Incite

Since 2012, William has worked in senior Sales and Marketing roles, building FMCG brands across Asia, Australasia, the UK, and Europe. His work with major retailers like Woolworths, Coles, and Holland & Barrett, and platforms like Amazon, has shaped his expertise in product launches and sustained growth. In 2023, he was named Holland & Barrett UK's Account Manager of the Year. At Incite, William leads route-to-market strategy for brands entering Asia Pacific, guiding a team that secures top distributors for sustainable growth. He recently launched several major FMCG brands in Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.
