He has over 29 years of experience in developing and launching innovative food and consumer products that meet the changing needs and preferences of customers and consumers.
His core competencies include food R&D, innovation, consumer insights, technology scouting, and design thinking. He applies his knowledge and skills in food physics, chemistry, biochemistry, and engineering to create and optimize food products that deliver quality, safety, convenience, and health benefits. He also collaborates with internal and external partners to identify and leverage emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the food industry. His mission is to drive Betagro's food leadership with innovation and science.

Som GanChoudhuri is the Co-founder of AI Palette, a Singapore-based artificial intelligence startup recently acquired by GlobalData.
